Round three is now official! Battlers who were in the winners bracket and won their round two battles receive a bye! Now here are the rules and pairings.

1. You must construct a team in GSC with Trades mode
2. Tradebacks are allowed
3. Holt items are allowed
4. Breedable moves are allowed
5. GSC moves are now allowed for this round
6. Leftovers is banned
7. Counter is banned
8. Toxic is banned
9. RBY Pokemon only

Standard tournament rules apply of course (sleep clause, self KO clause, battle timeout, etc)

and now the pairings.
