My original opponent for round one, madpsyco535, e-mailed me telling me that might not be able to battle me. Wanting to battle I switched opponents and paired myself against Team Aqua Admin Cloud and paired madpsyco535 with VandillaX1, a sub. CHAOSvsORDER, TAACS original opponent, didn't respond to any of my e-mails and hasn't shown up on Netbattle so he's now a sub.

In our first battle, I displayed the ultimate amount of stupidity. Violating my own rules. I used a Thunderpunch Alakazam. Though this hardly played a factor in the battle, I would have won easily without it but this was sheer idiocy on my part. I just had to give TAAC a rematch. He wanted one and so we did.

Battle Log:
Battle Mode: Gold/Silver/Crystal
Rule: Sleep Clause
Rule: Freeze Clause
Rule: Self-KO Clause
Rule: Apply PP Ups
Rule: Battle Timeout
Rule: Disallow Spectators
KingRBY vs Team Aqua's Cloud. Begin!
KingRBY sent out Starmie (Lv.100 Starmie)!
Team Aqua's Cloud sent out Dragonite (Lv.100 Dragonite)!

Begin Turn #1
Starmie used Ice Beam!
(82% damage)
It's super effective!
---------------------------------
Dragonite used Thunder Wave!
Starmie is paralyzed! It may be unable to move!

I start the battle off with my trusty lead Starmie, while TAAC uses a Dragonite lead. Starmie nails an Ice Beam off of Dragonite to start the battle (fuck Blizzards 70% accuracy in GSC) while Draggy hits a T-Wave and Starmie is paralyzed. TAAC learned the effectiveness of T-Wave in our last encounter I see.

---------------------------------
End of turn #1
KingRBY's Starmie: 323 HP (Par)
Team Aqua's Cloud's Dragonite: 18% HP

Begin Turn #2
Dragonite used Thunderbolt!
(166 damage)
It's super effective!
---------------------------------
Starmie is paralyzed! It can't move!
---------------------------------

Dragonite hits a T-Bolt on Starmie and Starmie is fp'd. Ugh. Not my idea of starting this battle. Worried that another T-Bolt might KO Starmie, I contemplate on whether I should keep it in or not. I decided to keep it in.

End of turn #2
KingRBY's Starmie: 157 HP (Par)
Team Aqua's Cloud's Dragonite: 18% HP

Begin Turn #3
Dragonite used Thunderbolt!
(155 damage)
It's super effective!
---------------------------------
Starmie used Ice Beam!
(18% damage)
It's super effective!
Dragonite fainted!

Starmie just manages to survive a T-Bolt and not ending up as the main course in the nearest sea-food restaurant and Starmie hits another Ice Beam and down goes the flinstone reject.

GGFan 6-5

Team Aqua's Cloud sent out Gengar (Lv.100 Gengar)!
---------------------------------
End of turn #3
KingRBY's Starmie: 2 HP (Par)
Team Aqua's Cloud's Gengar: 100% HP

Begin Turn #4
Gengar used Thunderbolt!
(2 damage)
It's super effective!
Starmie fainted!

TAAC brings in Gengar. Starmie has 2 HP left and is paralyzed so I'm not really compelled to have something eat a T-Bolt even though I had a Chansey in my bench. So I let Starmie go down.

Tied 5-5
KingRBY sent out Alakazam (Lv.100 Alakazam)!
---------------------------------
End of turn #4
KingRBY's Alakazam: 313 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Gengar: 100% HP

Begin Turn #5
Alakazam used Psychic!
(95% damage)
It's super effective!
Gengar's Special Defense fell!
---------------------------------
Gengar used Toxic!
Alakazam was badly poisoned!
---------------------------------

I bring in Alakazam, this time it's clean. Alakazam uses Psychic and Gengar manages to hang on by the skin of it's teeth and hits Toxic. While Toxic is better in GSC it still doesn't have much use in this kind of environment. So that's basically a freebie for me.

End of turn #5
KingRBY's Alakazam: 313 HP (Psn)
Team Aqua's Cloud's Gengar: 5% HP

Begin Turn #6
Alakazam used Psychic!
(6% damage)
It's super effective!
Gengar fainted!

Another Psychic and down goes Gengar. I'm controlling the match so far.

GGFan 5-4

Maruame has started watching.
Team Aqua's Cloud sent out Scyther (Lv.100 Scyther)!
---------------------------------
End of turn #6
KingRBY's Alakazam: 313 HP (Psn)
Team Aqua's Cloud's Scyther: 100% HP
Maruame: after this battle check the !commands
Maruame: new commands

Begin Turn #7
Alakazam used Psychic!
(46% damage)
Alakazam is hurt by poison!
---------------------------------
Scyther used Double-Edge!
(169 damage)
Scyther is hit with recoil!
---------------------------------

TAAC brings in a Scyther. I'm still not very interested in using T-Wave, I use Psychic and deal some good damage. Scyther knocks Alakazam right back with Double Edge and the re-coil set it up to be killed by another Psychic.

End of turn #7
KingRBY's Alakazam: 125 HP (Psn)
Team Aqua's Cloud's Scyther: 42% HP

Begin Turn #8
Scyther used Quick Attack!
(54 damage)
---------------------------------
Alakazam used Psychic!
(42% damage)
Scyther fainted!

That was not a bad idea by TAAC by bringing in Quick Attack Scyther but too bad it's too weak to even finish off my Alakazam. Another Psychic and down goes the overgrown bug.

GGFan 5-3
Team Aqua's Cloud sent out Starmie (Lv.100 Starmie)!
---------------------------------
End of turn #8
KingRBY's Alakazam: 71 HP (Psn)
Team Aqua's Cloud's Starmie: 100% HP

Begin Turn #9
Alakazam used Thunder Wave!
Starmie is paralyzed! It may be unable to move!
Alakazam is hurt by poison!
---------------------------------
Starmie is paralyzed! It can't move!
---------------------------------

I'm still controlling the match and not really worried here. TAAC brings out a Starmie and now it's time for my Alakazam to T-Wave. Taking out Starmie is my main priority here. Starmie than gets stopped by an fp.

End of turn #9
KingRBY's Alakazam: 33 HP (Psn)
Team Aqua's Cloud's Starmie: 100% HP (Par)
Maruame has left.

Begin Turn #10
KingRBY withdrew Alakazam!
KingRBY sent out Chansey (Lv.100 Chansey)!
---------------------------------
Starmie used Surf!
(117 damage)
---------------------------------

Alakazams work is done so now I bring out my Chansey. Chansey eats the incoming Surf and now he's forced to switch.

End of turn #10
KingRBY's Chansey: 586 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Starmie: 100% HP (Par)

Begin Turn #11
Chansey used Thunderbolt!
(28% damage)
It's super effective!
---------------------------------
Starmie is paralyzed! It can't move!
---------------------------------

TAAC isn't budging and keeps his Starmie in. Chansey uses T-Bolt and does a poor 28% damage, the effects of GSC mode show here. Starmie suffers yet another fp.

End of turn #11
KingRBY's Chansey: 586 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Starmie: 72% HP (Par)

Begin Turn #12
Chansey used Thunderbolt!
(28% damage)
It's super effective!
---------------------------------
Starmie is paralyzed! It can't move!
---------------------------------

Chansey uses another T-Bolt and Starmie is struck by a third fp. It's funny because his Starmie was luckfucked like this in our last battle too. Maybe Starmie doesn't like Team Aqua.

End of turn #12
KingRBY's Chansey: 586 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Starmie: 44% HP (Par)

Begin Turn #13
Chansey used Thunderbolt!
(29% damage)
It's super effective!
---------------------------------
Starmie used Thunder Wave!
Chansey is paralyzed! It may be unable to move!
---------------------------------

Chansey uses another T-Bolt and sets Starmie up to be killed in another T-Bolt. Starmie finally gets to attack and paralyzes Chansey with T-Wave.

End of turn #13
KingRBY's Chansey: 586 HP (Par)
Team Aqua's Cloud's Starmie: 15% HP (Par)

Begin Turn #14
Starmie is paralyzed! It can't move!
---------------------------------
Chansey used Thunderbolt!
(15% damage)
It's super effective!
Starmie fainted!

4 out of 5 fps for Starmie, ouch. One more Chansey T-Bolt and Starmie is well done. Haha.

5-2 GGFan

Team Aqua's Cloud sent out Snorlax (Lv.100 Snorlax)!
---------------------------------
End of turn #14
KingRBY's Chansey: 586 HP (Par)
Team Aqua's Cloud's Snorlax: 100% HP

Begin Turn #15
KingRBY withdrew Chansey!
KingRBY sent out Gengar (Lv.100 Gengar)!
---------------------------------
Snorlax used Rock Slide!
(80 damage)
---------------------------------

Now he brings out Snorlax, which rapes paralyzed Chanseys that don't have Reflect and especially Counter, my Chansey doesn't have any of those. I take out Chansey and bring in Gengar who eats an incoming Rock Slide.

End of turn #15
KingRBY's Gengar: 243 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Snorlax: 100% HP

Begin Turn #16
Gengar used Confuse Ray!
Snorlax became confused!
---------------------------------
Snorlax is confused!
Snorlax used Rock Slide!
(88 damage)
---------------------------------

Gengar comes out and uses C-Ray, Snorlax isn't budging and hits another Rock Slide.

End of turn #16
KingRBY's Gengar: 155 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Snorlax: 100% HP

Begin Turn #17
Gengar used Thunderbolt!
(16% damage)
---------------------------------
Snorlax snapped out of confusion!
Snorlax used Rock Slide!
(93 damage)
---------------------------------

Gengar uses T-Bolt, which hardly damages Snorlax and Snorlax shakes off confusion and uses Rock Slide. Eh, Gengar can't do much here. Only one thing to do now.

End of turn #17
KingRBY's Gengar: 62 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Snorlax: 84% HP

Begin Turn #18
Gengar used Explosion!
(72% damage)
Gengar fainted!

4-2 GGFan

Gengar explodes and Snorlax is set up to be killed by next attack. An attack coming from a Pokemon that even in a GSC field is still dominant.

KingRBY sent out Tauros (Lv.100 Tauros)!
---------------------------------
End of turn #18
KingRBY's Tauros: 353 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Snorlax: 12% HP

Begin Turn #19
Tauros used Body Slam!
(12% damage)
Snorlax fainted!

In comes Tauros. And there's silence everywhere, all hail the god of RBY. Tauros chooses it's victim and Snorlax is sent to oblivion by an incoming Body Slam.

4-1 GGFan

Team Aqua's Cloud sent out Gyarados (Lv.100 Gyarados)!
---------------------------------
End of turn #19
KingRBY's Tauros: 353 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Gyarados: 100% HP

Begin Turn #20
Tauros used Body Slam!
(30% damage)
---------------------------------
Gyarados used Hyper Beam!
(143 damage)
---------------------------------

Well, I've controlled this match by playing a smart and conservative game. There's really no way I can lose at this point. In comes Gyarados who takes a Body Slam and delivers a Hyper Beam. Both take their respective attacks well.

End of turn #20
KingRBY's Tauros: 210 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Gyarados: 70% HP

Begin Turn #21
Tauros used Body Slam!
(31% damage)
---------------------------------
Gyarados must recharge!
---------------------------------

Tauros Body Slams again and Gyarados is recharging. I've pretty much got this one in the bag at this point.

End of turn #21
KingRBY's Tauros: 210 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Gyarados: 39% HP

Begin Turn #22
Tauros used Body Slam!
(27% damage)
Gyarados is paralyzed! It may be unable to move!
---------------------------------
Gyarados is paralyzed! It can't move!
---------------------------------

I decide to finish off my conservative game by using Body Slam instead of Hyper Beam. It pays off as B-Slam paralyzes Gyarados and once more, Gyarados is fpd in the same turn.

End of turn #22
KingRBY's Tauros: 210 HP
Team Aqua's Cloud's Gyarados: 12% HP (Par)

Begin Turn #23
Tauros used Body Slam!
(12% damage)
Gyarados fainted!

End Battle! KingRBY wins!
Score: 4 to 0
KingRBY: Ah that was better.
KingRBY: Thanks for battling me.

NetBattle v0.9.4

So overall I won the battle with a conservative game and some nice fp luck. But my superior movesets and knowledge over an inexperienced RBY battler won the day for me.
