People are starting to realize that it does not lower attack in battles, so instead of sacking their Rhydons when Chansey burns them, they keep them in. Why hasn't anyone ever brought this up? Electric attacks can paralyze, ice can freeze, fire should be able to effectively burn.

Ummm. One time it actually worked..
But i think it worked a bit too good...
Since when does a Earthquake from Rhydon do only 2% damage to arcanine ^_^
