I was battling in PBS against someone (forgot who) and awhile into the battle, I had three down, and he had 3 down.
I send out my Sandslash. He sends out Snorlax.
I Double Team, he Amnesia's.
I Double Team again, and he Amnesia's.
I Double Team a third time, and he uses Blizzard, it misses. I Swords Dance once.
He uses Body Slam, it misses and I use EArthquake. It cuts Snolax in half. One more Earthquake, and then Snorlax is gone.

Then he sends out a Raticate. He says it's a good sweeper. Blizzzard misses, and Earthquake takes it out. He send out his last pokemon, attack misses, Earthquake eliminates it.

So that's why I keep DT on my Sandslash!!!! It has: Swords Dance, Swift, DT, and Earthquake

Nice Sandslash! If it's possible, though, you might try using the DT/Rest combo. In most cases you'll be almost out of health by the time you're finished Double Teaming, and you'll need to recover.

I used to use a sandslash like that. If it gets set up it's a real killer.

IF it gets setup. It almost never gets setup...

And DT/rest is bad on sandslash because you want to keep both swift and earthquake, swift for obvious reasons, and earthquake to take things out quick.
