Is everyone going to save the logs of the battles? I think they should post the logs, because it will be very entertaining for those not in the tourney (including me).

No...but seriously..Why do you dislike me?JUST for my opinions?Whether or not you like someone or not should be based on me myself..not for my opinions,i would never not like anyone for their opinions,only if their opinion seriously offends me.Your basing you entire opinion of me JUST because i dislike and loathe mewtwo with a passion?Thats silly Fanha,IMO......and just so you know,over that debate...my opinion of you was POSSIBLY swayed a bit..but not to the point where i dislike you.

1) Will the tourney be single or double elimination (I'd hope double so it would be fair; single is quite unfair in reality)?

Well..i've done two tourneys before,and they were single..im not sure,but i think single is more fair for the people who know they dont have a chance to win...it actually gives them a chance..and just gives them the suprising momentum they need to get lucky and hit hard and fast.If it was different...he would lose that first time,understand the guys team...and beat him twice again...*sigh*...i think we'll go with single.

2) Will the matches be single or swiss or other?

Single.

3) Wouldn't it be possible to reroll inter-board pairings? It would really be stupid if a player was eliminated by someone "on their own team", considering this tourney is sectioned by board, and it would ruin the whole theme of a cross-board tourney. I though the point was to compete with people from other boards; why not try to make sure thats how it goes? Sure, it might take a minute extra for pairings, but it's better than the former.

I had this discussion with Spacedog today over AIM...and there is actually NO way to have this tourney without having the board members fight their own team mates a few times,AND keep it random and organized.(The random part is important..and me and spacedog agreed the random and simpler way would be easier)

Hey...it's the first inter-board tourney...lets just get on with it,and on the next one,we can fix our mistakes.

I'm gonna have to go on vacation the 13th, and if the tourney's still on then (and I'm still in it), I'll give my spot to you. Just to show I'm not so mad about the 20 bucks.
