I run ran it yesterday, barefoot. Its my first marathon and it was the hardest thing Ive ever done and the most rewarding. Holla at yer boy.

I use to do Karate for a bit, my car is too shitty to make it up there anymore, but I did it cause I AM SO FUCKING EXTREEM. Nah really cause It sounded very zen at the time, so now I can run and be spiritual at the same time =P

Also Ken cramped up bad at the 12 mile mark and had to walk the last 14.2 miles.. so that kinda sucked.

I concur, barefoot = not too bright.

However, I'm training right now to do the Disney Half-Marathon with my mom and aunt. 3:27 is a good time, especially for a first timer. Congrats.
