I really hope nobody deletes this post because I put a lot of thought into it.

Today a pedophile walks free. It is because of 2 reasons. The first obviously, is because he's black. The second reason is because he's famous. Both of these reasons would work well on their own, but together, they make it seem like another OJ. While Michael Jackson didn't kill anybody, he took a young boys innocence. He killed a child on the inside. Now this poor boy, who is recovering from cancer, also has to recover from knowing that the sick man who abused him has fans and supporters all around the world. It's sick. If Michael Jackson wasn't famous, nobody would give a fuck. He would just be another pervert who preys on children. I believe that if MJ was born a white man, he would be in prison now. I also am disappointed in the jury. I would think that since there were 8 women, the jury would have at least been hung. No offense to the guys here, but women have more of a heart for this kind of thing. I am apalled that here in America, where justice is supposed to occur, that freedom has rung for a child molester.

I've always been a fan of MJ. I believe he's a freak but this whole allegation seemed to have been trumped up by shylocks. The kid and his family are paracites and have an extensive history of litigation. I also believe that Macaulay Culkin was experimenting with drugs and sex even at that early age and probably welcomed the guiding hand of an experienced mentor. I think having as much money as god could corrupt even the most stalwart an individual. Holy cow Triumph is funny.

Anyone who makes statements like that with nothing to back them up deserves to have their dick cut off.

Look, we all know Jackson is a freak show and it is certainly possible that he molests little boys. But none of us know that for sure.

As fucked up as it sounds, I think it's equally likely that he just wants to sleep in the same bed as little boys as molest them. If he does and doesn't think there's anything odd about that, that's an issue for his shrink, but it's nothing criminal.

You can't send someone to prison just because they're weird (unless they're poor).

Seriously why would someone other than Christ hand themselves over as society's personal scapegoat? When you say something like that you're giving a get-out-of-jail free card to every criminal who is actually guilty.

Sure, our system is in shambles and criminals get away free and innocents are punished, but that doesn't mean you should give up trying to seek out justice for those that truly deserve it.

The big thing here is, unless someone here was personally molested by MJ, we don't know whether or not he did anything. Without being in the jury, we're not in a good position to second-guess them. What if he's just a weird guy who likes to sleep with kids (asexually, that is). Think of J. M. Barrie, the author of Peter Pan. If someone ever does horrible things to my children, I want them brought to justice. But better some risk of them escaping justice than to have the wrong person punished.
