Yeah, Kaiba DOES say something like that, but the subs are never all that reliable. They screw up names, add in extra swear words, etc.

Ever hear of a "Green Eyed Pink Dragon"? Thought so.

But yeah, Kaiba does see the Toon Dragon and tell Pegasus something to the effect that his blood has tainted it.
