I'm sorry, as much as I want to say Technodrome, there's just no comparison spec wise...
The Death Star can make many yell at all at once and then be silenced...

That's not even a contest. The DS just blows up whatever planet the Technodrome is on.

I think it was more of a spiritual kind of cry, as they wouldn't really have had the opportunity to call out. Like the universe calling out in anger at the wanton destruction of so many souls just for the sake of an empire's greed.
