First one is not to watch shitty TV programs. I already stopped or vowed to stop watching American idol, Still Standing, Average joe, and the simple life. That is 3 extra hours of my life I get back.

Second is to improve my writing. So any grammar or spelling mistakes you point out from my posts will no longer be greeted with vicious anger and hostility.

Alright, those are good resolutions, but I can't help it:

When do you resolve to stop being mean for no reason at all?

Also, you have two resolutions, so the topic name is off a bit. But, then, perhaps the one resolution consists of multiple goals, so I guess it could go either way.

so what's your idea of quality programming? CSI? ER? Friends? Family Guy? Daily Show?

also i think it's pretty easy to stop watching shitty shows: just avoid FOX and ABC channels
