Probably have to be 18.

Now, I know it's not canon, but on Bevis and Butthead they were going to sell sperm and they're like somewhere from 14-16. But that's just a cartoon...

I'd figure if you're 18 they wouldn't turn you away. But then again, if you can produce cum and you're smart [they don't take just anyone] then give it a shot. Dress nicely, don't wear a stupid T-shirt...
