ALL OF THE NEGROES ARE GUILTY OF CRIMES AND WHEN SLAVERY WAS ENDED IT WAS:

"Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. "

SO ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS HAVE CONGRESS PASS A LAW SO THAT PEOPLE IN JAILS CAN BE SOLD AS SLAVES. WE ALL KNOW THAT JAILS HOLD ONLY NEGROES BECAUSE OF THEIR SINS AND THAN WILL GENERATE $$$$$$$$$$$$ TO PAY THE NATIONAL DEFECEIT AND THEN WHITE PEOPLE WILL NOT NEED TO WORK ANYMORE AND THAT WILL PLEASE GOD ALSO IS THIS A GOOD IDEA

(To my knowledge, this is the actual 13th amendment. The reason the text was in there, of course, to prevent lawsuits against prisons for having the prisoners do things- really, any things at all, because prisoners are forced to do things all day. They didn't want imprisoning criminals to become unconstitutional, after all. I think this is a reasonable example of something awful that is permitted by the Constitution but would, in practice, be found unconstitional by the courts)
