Yeah, and substituting "dizzle" for "nizzle" is like saying "dawg". Then there's hizzle, hizzy and heazey, meaning hook, which is something that an entertaining event can be "off" of.
Those are the most common. But, a skilled linguist can end just about any word with -izzy, -izzle or -eazey, and talk like that all day. Really all he has to do is keep an ear out for the rhythm. Comprehension is all about examining the part of the word preceding the bastardization, and context.
For rizzle, Emkizzle.

He got in trouble for boning some underage girl- but it isn't like he had to lure her to the car with candy, and let's just say that she was no fucking virgin. Given the attitudes involved, I get the impression that using "child molester" to describe R. Kelly is like using the term to describe almost all of humanity pre-2500 years ago.
