FF2j took over a decade to come from Japan to the US. Beat that.

I never had a SNES when Earthbound came out, and nintendo.com.au has gotten rid of all its SNES information, so I don't know.

We'll probably get Mother 1+2 for GBA regardless, though.

Go ahead and get Animal Crossing when it comes out anyway man...

When you start your game you pick a name for your character and the name of your town. You're allowed up the 8 characters for each. If you tell me what your name and town will be, I can send you a cool item (they have a password system to send stuff)

Animal Crossing is a cool game.

Er, was. I played it constantly and became bored of it far too quickly. Now, even though it's still fun to play, it's like a chore to actually put the disk in. I wish I didn't ruin the game for myself, but at least I can tell you (if you're going to get it) to go a bit slow with it.

I must have sooo many weeds in my towns... Hm, maybe I'll play it for a bit. I don't have any neat stuff, MK, but if you give your name and town, maybe we can have a trade?

Name: Link
Town: Nintown
(It was going to be "Nintentown", but it was too many letters [Frown] ) (Also, I know Link is a silly name, but it was my second town and I didn't want to have the same name)

After the "Nintendo" part of Animal Crossing, you should be able to take out the Disc from the GCN without getting a "Please put in disc" message. Or it's after you load up your town. Then Animal Crossing will never need the disc again until you turn off your GCN. I rented Animal Crossing, and I discovered this at the time. So, I started up the game, took out the disc, then I let the GameCube run for 4 days. Then I turned it off on mistake.
