They're trying to make all companies license Unix from them for every PC with Linux on it. Good thing IBM's fighting back.

Yeah, SCO is going down hard for this shit.
Like, you can't normally get karma this bad unless you rape nuns while infected with AIDS while worshipping Satan and crushing puppies with your feet.
I want the I <heart> Software Piracy poster for my room, though.
Now, this isn't the case if SCO is actually in the right. But I doubt it- because all they would have to do is say "these lines of code"- we can check the binaries! In fact, that's what some people have been doing- compiling chunks of code and comparing to SCO to see if anything actually did get over accidentally or anything.
Nothing found so far, though, last I heard.

Basically, putting the Linux industry out of business is doing them a favor because they're not making money, and their opponents are akin to Iraqis.

Well, I mean, there are a lot of Mormons, and if they have the same percentage of idiots as everyone else, they'll be a lot of idiotic Mormons.
Is SCO right? If they were right about their code, wouldn't they just say "Look, here's the infringement, right here, suck it?" I mean, that way they'd get a good settlement from IBM and anyone else, force everyone into license agreements, and avoid excessive legal fees.
They would only do what they are doing if they have but a prayer of a chance, and are desperately trying for it.
