Topic: Let's Make an M:TG Set!

It’s about time.
Quite a few of us play M:TG, and we all know how Azure Heights is among the most intelligent newsgroups out there, PLUS the recent sets are beginning to suck.
I vote that we combine forces to make a set or three!
Design, develop, brainstorm for mechanics, or (for the truly insane ones) create art or flavor text. Do it all here.
As a starting sample, I’m pulling 10 cards from the “Big List of Potential Designs”.
Unwilling Archangel

Creature - Angel (5/5)
Flying
Attacking doesn't cause Unwilling Archangel to tap.
Unwilling Archangel can't attack or block.
Sacrifice two lands: Unwilling Archangel loses "Unwilling Archangel can't attack or block" until end of turn.

Fragile Existence

Enchantment
When Fragile Existence comes into play, for each creature, its controller puts a creature token into play as a copy of that creature. Then remove all nontoken creatures from the game.
Whenever a nontoken creature would come into play, instead its controller puts a creature token into play as a copy of that creature. Then remove the creature card from the game.

Attacking doesn't cause creatures to tap.
When a creature attacks and isn't blocked, prevent all combat damage it would deal this turn and defending player loses 1 life.

Yes, yes...maybe there are too many complex cards for one set. But it’s starting up with a bang...and we can always make a block instead of a set if need be.

I don't get it. Those cards aren't even named after stuff from the Azure Heights culture sphere.

Hm... rules-flavor could use a bit of tweaking.
