I am proposing'ah a War on Jigglapuff. By standing together with our brothas and sistas, we can withstand'ah this invasion. Information about this spawn of Lucifer will need to be properly spread. Thus, I also propose the creation of a new branch of guv'ment called The Jigglapuff Information Systems Management, or JISM. JISM will insert itself into every aspect'ah of our daily lives. JISM will be invlved in all levels of federal and local guv'ment. From the first citizen to tha county sherrif, JISM will be involved. Our schools'ah will be saturated with JISM. This is why we must educate them while they are still young, to repress these violent and vandalizing tendencies before they mature into ravenous, evil Jigglypuffs.

I suggest that all Igglybuffs be mandated to attend special schools aimed at putting an end to this behavior, so that future incidents such as this one will not be repeated in the future.
