When I get Articuno I want to max mostly Spc. Atk and Spd. The problem is Leaf Green has been altered from blue, so It is difficult to find an area with straight out Spc. Atk evs. No Oddishes, nothing I can really use.. Anyone have an area suggestion? Thanks ^^

You don't need S. Atk for Sheer Cold/Mind Reader/Double Team/Rest.

It took three series of games, but Articuno finally has a moveset. ^_^; Not a particularly good one, mind, but still...

That's easy. Gastly is good for Sp. Atk. And you run into them nonstop (except for the occasional Cubone) in the Pokémon Tower in Lavender Town.

Speed is even more easy. Just go north of your house and fight Pidgeys and Rattatas.

I can't believe I never thought of that combo! I am so doing it! (My Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno, and Mewtwo are uncaught in Leaf Green despite having beat it. I leave em there until I come up with a plan for them, then waste all day catching one with the stats I need.)
