Before I start breeding some of my FR/LG monsters, I was wondering - Can moves learned from the Move Tutors be passed on through breeding?

For example, I wanted to breed a Rhyhorn with Double Edge by mating it with an Aron who learns Double Edge naturally. But unfortunately, it doesn't work in Ru/Sa. So, if I tried to mate them in FR/LG, would the Rhyhorn learn Double Edge there?

Can moves learned from the Move Tutors be passed on through breeding?

Sadly no... they are NOT considered TMish... (Yeah I know it sucks, they truly are a "one shot/use" deal...)

This, to me, is the true solution...

Start a save file you don't care about, and let it be your "Move Tutor / TM whore/slut, use em up, make new save again, repeat...

You'd need 2 carts of course [Razz]
