OK, please help the capital S.
1. I'm currently playing Ruby. Why do I mostly encounter female pokemon? Do female pokemon still have crappy attack stats? As in, no higher than DV 4?
2. Does rain dance still keep a pokey frozen longer?
3. I do not understand the berries and the pokeblocks. I fucking hate the contests. I do not understand them. Help please.
4.Does anyone have detailed maps of the safari zone, caves and routes?
5. Is Uiru going to make new RuSa calculators? Please say yes.
6. Are certain pokeys limited in the different amount of personalities they can have, or can (let's say) a Latios have any personality possible?
7. What's with the missing daylight savings system? How can I change my clock?
8. Can somebody explain the Southern Island mystery to me? Is it true that I need to get an Eon ticket to go to this island, where I can fight the other Lati, and then enter a cave through a green pod/egg, where I'll encounter Deoxys? Where can I get that ticket?
9. Chimecho. Why is he #386? He blows.
10. There's supposed to be a yellowish orb in the game. Where?
11.What's with the powned ship? Where do I get this friggin scanner? And there's this room that shines, after diving inside of the ship. What to do?

3) You use teh Berry Blender in each contest hall to make blocks. Each block has a color, a level, and a feel. You want blocks with low feel and high levels. It seems that the level is better based on the Berry you use and that feel is better based on how many noobs are blending with you and how good they are. As for the contests... I'm still working on them.
11) Why don't you try inspecting the shinies? ^_~

Was this true in GSC? If so, does that mean that freezing wears off after a period of time, since Rain Dance extends it?

Starting in GSC, freezing started to thaw out after a certain amount of time, instead of being permanent (bar Fire). I've never heard of Rain Dance extending freeze time, and there's nothing about it on Metalloid Research.
However, in regards to Sunny Day, MR does say that "Sunny Day does not alter the thawing rate for Frozen pokemon, but some research indicates that a pokemon may not become Frozen while it is in effect."

Under Domains 3 and 4, Rain Dance did indeed eliminate all possibility of automatic defrost on frozen Pokemon.
I'll let you know that this mechanic did NOT continue to RS.
By the way, the defrost rate now seems much higher...something ridiculous, like 30%.

Oh, so you made that calculator? Now I know who to thank.
But do females still have a lower attack dv than males? And why are there so many female PKMN in Ruby?

Gender and Attack DVs should, according to Meowth346, have no relation, since Attack DV is decided by... well... Attack DV, and Gender bya hidden, never-viewable 'gender value'.
As for so many females.... Maybe the creators wanted to increase the attempts to breed? Maybe they like the thought of poke-orgies? Beyond that, I haven't the slightest.
