a list of base stats organized from best to worst in each stat. Like, pokes listed by overall base stats, then by hp, then by attack, etc.

Necrosaro has complete lists of those for RBY and GSC. My Pokemon files page has the same thing for the final evolutions only.
Meowth346's Pokedex used to be able to be sorted by stat rankings, but the capability doesn't seem to be there anymore. ![[Frown]](frown.gif)

I've got an excel file with the new RS pokes sorted by each stat individually, along with some other stuff like move lists, characteristics, etc. If someone wants to host it, let me know.
Edit: I put a list of the effort points you get for battling each pokemon. Real helpful for those of us without sharks. =P
