a list of base stats organized from best to worst in each stat. Like, pokes listed by overall base stats, then by hp, then by attack, etc.

Necrosaro has complete lists of those for RBY and GSC. My Pokemon files page has the same thing for the final evolutions only.

I've got an excel file with the new RS pokes sorted by each stat individually, along with some other stuff like move lists, characteristics, etc. If someone wants to host it, let me know.
