What would happen to the GSC style of play if one/all of the following things happened:

~Snorlax had 318 Special Attack and 228 Special Defense?

~Heal Bell only healed one Pokemon's status, but you could choose the Pokemon?

~Cross Chop was modified to either have-
90 Power, 99.6 Accuracy, 25% CH rate or
100 Power, 99.6 Accuracy, normal CH rate?

~Thick Club only worked on Cubone?

~Koffing was Ghost/Dark?

~Pokemon could relearn bred moves through Stadium 2?

~Blizzard's accuracy was only reduced to 79.6%?

- Mewtwo had 406 special defense and 278 special attack

- Rest worked for 1 turn

- Jolteon couldn't learn Agility

- Marowak was a Fire-type

- Thick Club never existed
- Light Ball worked for Raichu
- Protect was given 70% flat accuracy (There's a link somewhere back on this forum by White Cat to a translated interview with the G/S Creator dudes, they originally had Protect at 70% accuracy, but it was far too powerful)
- Protect / Detect alternating actually worked.
- Shiny Pokemon were Max Statters.
- RBY TMs could be bred down.
- Evolution Stones where easier to obtain in G/S
- A Steel type with a high special defense existed.

- Curse raised Defense and Special Defence, but lowered Attack and Special Attack, or vice versa

- There was a type with full resistance to all other types that gave STAB to every attack, but the only Pokemon of that type were Weedle, Koffing, and Oddish

- GSC couldn't trade with RBY

- Poison didn't suck (maybe have it resistant/super-effective to Psychic?)

- NOA actually made a (working) cell phone adapter for Crystal

- Skarmory and, say, Pidgeot swapped Defense ratings

And some more general "what if"s about Pokemon as a whole:

- the U.S. tourney champion wasn't Ian Garvey but, say, Mr. K (or any other person you wish)

- the card games and anime were actually representative of the GB games

- Ash didn't suck (see prerequisite above)

- there weren't so many dumb newbies

- Pokemon actually had some bearing to actual life (i.e. you could get paid for it)... ok, maybe that one's a little far-fetched

- someone would actually finish a PokeOnline/Pokemon Online/Pokemon Xero game

Since there was nowhere else to put them, Move Tutor moves are placed in the Egg column.

If you look closely, you'll see "Egg/Move Tutor" above that list.
