I was testing a HP on Raikou against low level Pokemon to see what type it was. This is the result. I bring out Raikou, computer has Vulplix.

Raikou used Hidden Power!
It's not very effective...
That eliminates all but Bug, Grass, Ice, Fire and Steel
Phanpy comes out.
Raikou used Hidden Power!
Phanpy fainted! (No message).
That elliminates Grass and Ice, meaning it's Steel, Fire or Bug. Next...
Bayleef comes out.
Raikou used Hidden Power. It's regular effective.

That means it's not Bug or Fire. BUt when Voltorb was next, it wasn't Not Very Effective, eliminating everything. Just thought I'd make this pointless point.
