Time for another poll  This time, it's about shiny pokémon. 1. Which shinies do you own? 2. Which pokémon would you like to have as a shiny? #1 Ditto, Gyarados, Nidoking, Raticate, Nidorina, Bellsprout & Golbat. Sometime, I'll make a "Shiny Soldiers" team. I've only caught Gyarados and Ditto myself, I traded for the others. I tried breeding for a shiny Oddish, but it failed. #2 Anything, although it would be incredibly cool to have a shiny Pidgeot... Or Fearow... My current shiny project is catching a shiny Lugia and Ho-oh, and the three legendary birds from RBY.

I only have the shining Gyarados and I
missed catching a Shining Raticate and
Ponyta.  I'd like to have a Shining
Ditto, Wobbafett, Steelix, Shuckle, Mareep,
Beedrill, Houndoom, Nidorina, Dunsparse,
Espeon, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Umbreon
and Eevee. A shining Suicune, Celebi or
Ho-oh would be great too!

1. Obviously: Gyarados and Ditto.
Caught in wild: Tentacruel, Nidorino, Gastly, and Hoot-Hoot. Bred with Shiny Ditto: Sudowoodo, Wobbuffet, Cleffa. 2. I've been trying to breed a Shiny Eevee so I can have a decent All-Shiny team (I need a BP Umbreon so I can use Wob!)...I'm up to 40 eggs so far and nothing. Course, Wob took me 70 eggsm and I recall that Hoppip guy spent 200 eggs for that Shiny Hoppip. Just about the only thing I miss about TPM is its PictureDex, where you could check out all the Shinys in a couple seconds. Houndoom and Rapidash looked very cool...Actually, I think they are all neat. In fact, the Shinys are probably the only reason I still play. The RBY Legendaries are clearly the least probable honest Shinys, but legal GSC Legendary Shinys are possible (for those with more time than me)...I picked up five Celebis at the Six Flags tour, their DVs were random--I wonder if anyone ever got a Shiny Celebi?

I have shiny Gyarados, Raticate (female), Rattata (male), Dodrio, Xatu, Beedrill, Unown (I), Nidorina. Yeah, they're many. But I still dont have a shiny Lickitung...Sigh.

I caught a shiny Poiliwag less than a week ago, and of coruse I have Gray Gyarados (who is now Red Gyarados since I now play on GBA not GB).

I don't have a shiny Gyarados, but I do have shiny Swinub, Ditto, Drowzee (cloned from a friend), and Scyther (bred).

IIRC, the pokédex at the now shut down TPM showed a picture of a shiny Oddish with gold-coloured leaves. It's not as cool as an albino Oddish, but it'lll do. Believe me, breeding for shinies is a major pain, especially if you haven't got Dodrio mode.

I have a rather large collection.I got shining Gyarados, Wobbuffet, Tentacool, Ditto, Lugia and Ho-Oh (No I'm not kidding) all in the wild. I bred a shining Onix that evolved into Steelix. The Odd Egg hatched into a shingy Smoochum which I evolved. I also got one of each of the Shining Legendary Dogs at the Pkmn Center in NY. The one I REALLY want in a Shining Nidoking! Overall... Own: Gyarados, Wobbuffet, Tentacruel, Ditto, Steelix, Jynx, Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-Oh (No, I'm not lying about the 00bers. If you don't beleive me, fine, but I do.) How many do I own? Gyarados. Bleh. That is it. Which is sad, considering I've spent over 200 hours on Gold and Silver, and getting close to that on Crystal, and most of the people I've met have encountered Shinies on their third day playing. And what do I want? Eh, I just want a girl shiny Eevee. They don't come in females though. Not fair. so I'd settle for a male Shiny Eevee. And one of these days I'll try to get a Shiny Extremespeed Dratini, really I will. --Rainy, the furry blue mock dragon

1. I've only caught two shiny Pokémon Gyrados (of course), Ditto (geeeze wonder how I got that one) and Psyduck (caught).

Most of my Pokemon are shiny. I kinda used the gameshark. The only problem is, that if gameshark is used, they all turn out to be mele. Also, if u use shinys in the stadium, when they come out of the pokeball, it makes a sparkly sound.

Shinies? As far as I know, I have the largest amount of legal shiny critters on my Game...but there could always be some one out there with more. Of course, Dittos are fun to breed with, and I *don't* have Stadium GSC. ^_^1. Gyarados, Ditto, Donphan(MY only wild one), Charizard, Blastoise, Venusaur, Dragonite(2!), Lanturn, Weezing, Porygon2, Wobbuffet, Kingdra, Gengar, Skarmory, Wigglytuff, Rapidash, Starmie, Alakazam, Venomoth, Exeggutor...
That be all mines....for now. 2. Well, My current listings of ones to get: Yanma, Teddiursa, Girafarig, Marowak, Octillery, Victreebel, Tyranitar...it'll grow once I get a few more.

I actually caught myself a shiny Staryu that evolved into the shiny Starmie of today - its really kewl looking, its cerulean blue and coral pink. Anyway, aside from that I traded my cousin for a shiny oddish... there is that old red Gyrados in a box somewhere... but they're a dime a dozen.

1) For me, I had the Gyarados and the Ditto, of course. Then, I went Shiny-crazy and started breeding a ton of them, getting a Bulbasaur, Chikorita, Chinchou, Natu (which I evolved into a Xatu and bred with my team Xatu, Kwakiutl, to get a baby Natu with Confuse Ray for the Little Cup), and... I think that's it. I tried for an Onix, but couldn't get one. Then, *joy!* I found a shining Wobbuffet in Dark Cave! Seriously, the only wild shiny I ever ran into, and I'd been playing over a year. I was going to raise it for my team (since Wob's stats really don't matter, as long as he has high HP and low defense, and Wob really needs something to stand out), but... My game got erased. So, I'm going to have to start out all over again.2) I'd be happy to get any of my old shinies back, or at least Everlast, my Wobbuffet. Before my game crashed I had been trying, seriously, four months to catch a shining Ho-oh. So that'd be sweet. And a Lugia'd be nice... I'd also really like a shining Porygon 2!

I caught a shiney.....pidgey! I was restarting one of my games to get more TMs, and found it in the first twenty mintues of the game. What a waste, it wasn't even that cool looking. I just kept it because it is the only shiney I found in the wild.

cmsnrub25, you have a Shinging Tangela?! I MUST HAVE IT! I MUST I MUST I MUST I MUST I MUST I MUST HAVE IT!!!! Tangela is my favorite Grass type, even though it's stats aren't that good, it's a heck of a Pokémon to battle with and I always wanted a Shinging one...you're so lucky. If one day you find yourself hit on the head, knocked unconcious and wake up to find your Shinging Tangela shipped off to another game...don't be surprised.

Shiny Pokemon that I own:Gyrados, Ditto, Chikorita (first time), the RBY starters (which seemed to take forever and a day to breed), Dratini, and Vulpix. Shiny Pokemon that I'd like to see: Pikachu, Ho-oh, Lugia, and the GSC Legendary Beasts.

1. I have the Red Gyarados, and I've run across a shiney Tangela, which was never captured.
