Metallics, hands down. =P More or less comes down to what DraggyJ said; in the Chromatics, at least the PBS and other Net Faction battles, it doesn't count on Pokemon and strategy 95% of the time; it counts on who gets the CH, the FP, the max/min damage hits, etc. While the Metallics still DO have that problem, you can actually see a smidge of variety in the teams...okay, it's not huge, but at least there is some variation, as opposed to 15 Pokemon constantly used in the Chromatics...the Metallics sport a whole 25. -Rain Dance ------------------ Darth Vader, Boba Fett, and Han Solo are sitting around playing a not-so-friently game of M:TG. Vader Fireballs Solo for the kill, Fett counters, and says "He's no good to me dead." -- A thought when I was really bored.

Right, so looking at Raindance's sig and sighing a large sigh of "what the hell", I'm still at a point where I am only good at RBY. RBY feels much less complicated, and while it is true that maybe 15 pokemon are standard, it's more fun to make a challenging moveset in RBY because of the lack of play balance (e.g. grep, Molly, benedict, toby). However, in G/S, things get much more complicated and with the addition of all these new moves and concepts such as time, new types, revamping strategies, and a much more complex battle engine, I'm getting bored with it quickly.------------------ "Mmmmm, doughnut" - Homer
