I Just traded my Dragonite from my Gold version to my Blue version to teach it Ice beam. My Dragonite has had Pokerus
and was immune to it (it had that little black dot above it's HP bar). Any way I traded it, taught it ice beam and traded it back. But when I got it back the black dot was....GONE?! Does this mean he can catch Pokerus again, and does anyone know how or why it happened?

it would make sense, since r/b/y don't keep track of pokérus. it simply doesn't exhist.

Probably, since PokéRus didn't exist in R/B/Y, it probably just deleted the record of it.
