I'm trying to catch a good Mew. I keep getting Mews with either good Special and low everything else, or a bad special but over all higher stats. Since Mew's a psychic Pokémon and psychic attacks are special, should I sacrifice the other stats for a high special? Or go for over all good stats? What stats are most important on a Mew? (Mew is one of my most favorite Pokémon, so I want a really good one)
Also, although I am cheating to get a Mew (obviously) I try not to cheat too much, so I don't want to cheat to get max stats.
Oh, BTW, I'm using Yellow, if that makes any difference.

Just keep on trying, sooner or later, you'll get a mew with the stats you want.

But to answer your question, higher special and lower everything else is worse than lower special and higher everything else (IMO) because most people don't give mew special attacks and physical ones instead.

But its all up to you. Depends really on your mew's moveset

Well, I actualy was considering giving my Mew special atacks. Should I just keep waisting balls till I get one with high special plus good everything else?

Come on somebody help me, I'm getting so frustrated I'm seriously tempted to shark the damn thing!

I say go ahead and shark it! If you're already cheating, why not cheat more? Of course you won't be able to use it in a tournament or so, but I guess you already knew that. If you don't feel like mega-cheating, then maybe you could shark *pretty* good stats, but not max, on it. Like 14/11/13/15/14 or so.

Wow, an AH slut that actually posts somewhere other than Karp Park...

I should think Special is most important, since it figures into both attack and defense; if you're not using physical attacks, you can also disregard that stat unless you're looking for high HP.

And if you catch something you don't want, reset!

Since all Official Mews are the same with DVs of 5/10/1/12/5, why not shark up one like that?

Excuse me, I find this comment very offensive, Rolken. To whom exactly are you referring?

I don't know about the other girls on the forum(none of whom I think are really Sluts as such anyway), but I fully intend to return to the Strategy forums. However, as I've posted before in the Park, I've been taking a sabbatical from Pokémon as I've had other commitments.
