It's not about getting Surfing Pika, but other stuff.

1. Doduo and dodrio mode -when and how do I get them, and how do I activate them?

2. The R2 mode -exactly what is required to get the R2 mode?

3. When does a pokémon enter the hall of fame?

4. Amnesia Psyduck -do I get to choose a psyduck from my cart to learn Amnesia to, or do I get one from the game? Can I get more than one?

I think that was it. No, wait, the best way to beat Stadium, is it to a) use rentals or b) train your own team on the cart and use it?

1. Complete Poké/Prime Cup in Masterball to get Doduo mode. Complete both in Masterball to get Dodrio mode.

2. Beat all the Stadium Cups and the Gym Leader Castle to see Mewtwo floating in the sky. Beat him.

3. Once you beat the Elite 4 with it in your party (it doesn't need to battle).

4. Once you have all of them go to the Hall of Fame and it gives you one. I don't think you can get more than one, unless you can start the whole game all over again.
