I've been searching the forums now for flying pikachu, and some has said that you can get him by doing the same thing as for surfing pikachu, only you put Zapdos or a normal/flying pokémon in with him.

Is that true?

Also, Meowth346 mentioned something about Flying Pikachu with the balloons in Yellow had something to do with the japanese Pokémon blue. Can he (or anyone else) say what it has to do with it?

There's only one way to find out, at that's to test it.

I'm going to take Pikachu, Zapdos, and Grep into the R1 Stadium Prime Cup, go through and see what happens. I'll keep you posted...

Na, it will never work. If it did, then people would know it already. I hope Dragonite21 doesn't read this tho', we need a guinea pig to try it out for us don't we

Your answer would be no.

It just isn't in the game. That is all.

(Of course, I prolly am wrong, but I would assume the big N would have told us, or someone would have figured it out by now.)

The word on the street is that Stadium doesn't highlight Fly on Pikachu (obtained by Shark, of course) as an illegal move in battle.

You mean R2, right? You can only get surfing Pikachu in R2.

The only Flying Pikachu is in Pokemon Snap.

....well, you could send the annoying electric rodent flying with other things, such as a cannon or a catapult, but that's a pikachu flying, not Flying Pikachu.

Only as a card. The TCG game and the R/B/Y/G/S games can't interact in any way. At least not that I know of.

Flying Pikachu can also be found in the opening sequence for Yellow.

There are 2 Flying Pikachus in TCG.
