I'd say Rock Slide.. it has double the pp, and an extra 15 points of base damage.. and a 30% chance to flinch.. and only 10% less accuracy

Anyhoo.. to compare them :
Rock Slide - 75 base damage - 89.5% accuracy, 10 pp, 29.7% chance of flinch
Ancient Power - 60 base damage - 99.6% accuracy, 5 pp, 9.8% chance of increasing user’s Attack, Defense, Speed, Special Defense and Special Attack

IMO, yes... But that can change from person to person.. ;p

Meeh... depends which poke your using it on..
Pursuit normally does 40 base damage, and double that if someone attempts to switch while your using it (it will do 80 damage before the person switches out).... And Faint attack does 60 Power, but is like Swift.. (hits through DT's and such)
