This special attack version of counter can be a very very strong and unfair move. I don't know who can learn it, but I think some water types can. Anyone have info on who can learn it? If possible, I want it on Slowking-t-wave,reflect/curse,mirrorcoat,s-toss/bodyslam, or an Encore/MirrorCoater. Any of this possible? Other Mirror Coat movesets?

I know Suicune learns it. Other than that, I'm not sure.

Sonansu, King of Constipation, learns it as well. It learns counter too. And destiny bond. Its only really purpose is to get hit.
