What happens when two pokemon use Sunny Day and Rain Dance at the same time?

IIRC, the one used last becomes the one in effect.

IE, if you use Rain Dance, then your opponent uses Sunny Day, then the clouds go away and the sun comes out.

Sandstorm also acts as a weather condition, and can replace Sunny Day/Rain Dance.
