I just saw on a Pokedex that Hitmonlee learns like 4 moves before level 20 in G/S. I bred my Hitmonlee with Ditto, got my Tyrogue, and evolved into another Hitmonlee at level 20. That's the earliest level you can get Hitmonlee, isn't it? So...how can it learn the earlier moves? Isn't it impossible?

Impossible by normal means.

Look at Mewtwo's move listing.

Normally, the earliest you can catch Mewtwo is 70. (Might be earlier on some carts)

Still, Mewtwo learns moves really early.

Lots of other Pokemon have this problem, specifically evolutions.

Say a Pokemon X evolves from Y at Level 30.
Lets say you cannot catch X in the wild.
But X learns Tackle at 25.

There's lots of that kinda stuff going on.

So...my Silver Hitmonlee is stuck with Tackle and Focus Energy until level 26? What kinda Pokemon is this?

As far as I know, the only way to get these moves would be through Sharking.
