1) What exactly does Sandstorm do?
2) What is the Sucky Cup?

Sucky Cup is a RBY format in which most of the good pokemon are cut out, forcing you to use those whom are sucky.

IIRC Sandstorm deals 1/8 damage to each pokemon not Rock/Steel/Ground.
