I have it at his highest level of happiness and I fight in the day! I even take him to that one lady that makes him happy, EVERY DAY! He just wont evolve!! Someone give me a few tips on how to evolve him!

Nintendo's guide says "it only evolves at a certain time during the day". Of course, Nintendo is sometimes not a very reliable source...

Nooo espeon doesnt evolve with a sone stone you have to evolve him in the day when hes HAPPY he'll evolve on his own, but he wont! and yes the lady said that he is extremely happy!

try a rare candy, that worked for my umbreon.

Try feeding it stat enhancers (HP UPs, Carbos, ect.). Also, feed it a rare candy like Kabutops said...

My eevee evolved into espeon yesterday morning at level 35. The woman in goldenrod said eevee still "really trusts me". I was surprised, I thought it had to love me to evolve.

im in the exact same situation. my evee is at level 42 and he really likes me alot. ive tried everything from giving him rare candys and carbos to even killing off ho-oh with him. he just wont evolve for me eather and its really makeing me frustrated. i have no idea wut to do with it.

Do this:

Max it out on pp ups (if possible).

Max out on Hp ups.

Max out on all the other vitamins.

Let it hold something. I let mine hold a pokedoll.

Make sure it's in your party. (Dugh!)

Make sure you're doing all this while it's light out.

Feed it as many rare candies as it needs to evolve.

If you collect all these things and do them at the same time it shouldn't take a long time for it to evolve. I got my togepi to evolve when it gained level 6! It took my umbeon (dark eevee evolution, can't remember if that's it's name) about 5 candies, and I had just got it from Bill!

If you lack rare candies:

Carry it around and let it gain experience/win fighter.

Never ever let it faint.

Never train with it at night.

Get it groomed/hair cut.

Don't put it into the computer.

guys, really, if you get it that high, get a new eevee, because all the worthwhile moves have been passed up

i was going to get rid of my eevee if it didn't evolve before level 30, because it learns faint attack at level 30 as umbreon.
luckily, he evolved at 26

Right,...get a new eevee at celadon....or breed your eevee with ditto...follow all those steps again...and make sure it doesnt get affected by a stat change..like make it fall asleep..and ALWAYS keep it at the top of your team...do NOT feed it rare candies...it will make it gain a level,but with MINIMAL happiness.

and if you feed it too many rare candies, it will still be really REALLY weak. you've raised it so much without fighting that it will be horrible until you get all the stat exp. so it will be normal.

My Eevee finally evolved into an Umbreon at Level 44 . . . o_o;;

You must train it a lot. ][ Candy is right. Do those and raise it a level, and it should evolve.

The lady said my eevee really loved me, and evolved at level 6! I breeded it so i got it at level 5. I just love my espeon. I never fough with it and groomed it every day, when the lady said it loved me i raised it up one level and it evolved into espeon.

Eevee, Togepi, etc. do not evolve at level 50. Also, giving them an item doesn't increase your happiness (unless it boosts the happiness that you get from walking around with it or something like that).
