I know that you have to shake bushes to get one but how can I increase my chances of getting one??!?!

Edit: After a long while I finally got a Heracross!

It's all luck really. I've found that certain trees usually have the same thing in them. I found a tree on Route 32 right behind the PokeCenter that if I headbutt it, something always comes out, and it's usually a Heracross. I found another one above the SS Aqua city that always has Pineco's in it. But that may differ with each cartridge. If you do find one, remember which tree it is.

I'm not sure - I got the one in my Gold version from a tree above the Pokémon Center near Union Cave
