Do you know how to get more metal coats besides just the one on the S.S. Aqua?

Ya but in the players guide ( i don't know why i am trusting it but i will attempt it anyway) It says it can be gotten on the s.s.aqua/something here/wild
what is wild will antoher pokemon be holding it after you catch it?

Attached to wild Magnemite every so often, and I think can be had from RBY Magnemites, but not sure.

I caught 6 or so magnemites and didn't get any...
