So i'm trying to evolve an umbreon but my evee doesn't seem to want to evolve. How do I make it happier quicker? Also the hapiness rater, she says my evee is "quite cute", is that the highest level of happiness or can it go higher?

I fed my Eevee as many stat enhancers that I could afford(Protein, HP UP, Calcium, Etc.), bought a bunch of lemonades(I heard lemonades make it happy, not sure though) and potions, and gave it a hair cut. You have to battle A LOT too. I think the lady said it was affectionate toward me. Something like that. The work is well worth it though. Good luck.

Dang, I slept in past 5:00 so I have to wait for 6:00 to start tranining may **** Eevee agin....
