I'm talking about the prevevluions (??) like pichu. Why not given those pokemon another evolution?

i donno, i was looking at that stuff too, i was like "what the hell?" when i looked at there stats. there's pichcu, clefa, and igglybuff that i know of, to tell ya the truth i thought they were new final evolutions, shows how little i know about g/s.
