A 1-on-1 battle is taking place between Magikarp and Ditto. Both are at level 5. Who will win?

If noone gets it after 5 replies, I'll post the answer and an explanation. Good luck!

Ditto 'cause after transforming he would waste the PP of Splash (5)and Struggle Magikarp to death!!!

it's ditto it transforms and gets only 5 of that attack PP and then it struggles and beats magikarp

Actually, the winner is whichever is controlled by the player, because RBY cpu pokemon ignore PP.

Actually, Struggle has a 50% recoil, not 25%...

25% in RBY, 50% in Stadium... haven't tested it in GS yet...

Sorry I'm late, but yes, Ditto would win. Once he Transforms, he receives only 5 Splashes. He will therefore go into Struggle first, knocking out Magikarp with only a small amount of health left to spare. I guess I can't stump you guys!
