I have tried so Darn hard to get him.....Arggg......
I can never seem to get him....Do you have any suggestions?

I do,I suggest you should use a Mewtwo with Fire Blast,Psychic,Thunder-Bolt,and Recover.The other Pokemon should also be a Lengendary also.

Use a gameshark.

Or use a Mewtwo and Mew along with the little rat if you are that desperate.

I got me one. I just let Hellrat(Yes thats my Pikachu from Yellows name!) go first, let him TRY to put some damage on the other guy, and let him faint then bring out my Mewtwo. Just remember ya cant use ANY continues.

Try paralyse as many of the enemy Pokemon as possible with ratass as well.

It would be worth it just for Raichu's Surf animation, as modelled by Lt. Surge's devilbeast. (that thing is evil).

Hard... Grep, thats all I have to say about it. I beat it first try with Mewtwo, lv. 7 Pikachu, and the rental Nidroan (male)
And then I got a shark, and I can get max stat ones fast.

I got like 3 or 4 surfing pikachus/raichus. Just use grep

Grep = Mewtwo with Psychic, Amnesia, Substitute, Recover. Grep = insanely evil on Stadium.

Once you've gotten a surfing pikachu, can you go through the process again and teach a different pikachu the surf ability?

I don't suppose there's some way to teach a Raichu to surf? (Besides teaching a pikachu and evolving it or using a gameshark).

I got one leagaly. I'll use a gameshark to
get one on g/s becasue it's too much work
to get it leagaly.
Anyhow. I have an cool Move set for
any surfing Pikachu,Raichu

Pray for rain/Rain dance(You know they'll call it that)
Thunder
Surf
Body Slam(or other move)

Give a Pikachu the electric ball to
doubel it's specal attack
and Give a Raichu the item that
gives him a water stab.

That's not how those items work. They boost attacks of that type's power by about 10%.

Oh, and you don't have to hit Enter at the end of every line in the reply box...

The only problem is that i was a dumbass when i first started and used up most of my good TMS. I only have one cartridge so it is damn hard!!!!! ARggggggggggg!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO??????????

Use the Transfer Pak & transfer all your Pokémon to Stadium (rent it if necessary), and start over (wouldn't hurt to unlock Dodrio Mode for GB Tower before starting over)

That's a good idea Johnny. Frog jedi, you might also want to consider getting a gameshark, and a meg mem card. Whatever floats your boat.
