sarter pokemon! Why not amnesia clefairy or jigglypuff! Why oh why, did they chose to give an amnesia psyduck as a pokemon prize for getting all 150 pokemon into stadium!

Because Psyduck is a popular poke for his role in the anime, but he sucks, so they gave him amnesia to make him average. Same with Yellow Pikachu edition.

DAria sucks, Sarcasm doesn't work on TV, only in real life.

In the show, Psyduck suffers from amnesia so of course they would put a amnesia psyduck in the game.

Why not amnesia clefairy or jigglypuff!

Using G/S breeding, you can get an Amnesia Cleffa/Clefairy/Clefable.

Amnesia adds your original Special to your current Special. Growth does 1/2 of that.

Here's the good thing,when you trade Amnesia Psyduck to GS it has the Mist Box attatched to it,however(heres the bad thing) nobody knows what it does.
