I just realized something the other day... Polwhirl can use the same "Magician Bro" moveset I kill Mewtwos with (Blizzard-Psychic-Surf-Amensia). However, I'm not sure if his stats are good enough. Is he a good Mewtwo killer?

no...he has no resistance to psychic, so he will die in 2 amnesia psyhics from Mewtwo, even when he is fully amnesiaed, which isn't likely as Mewtwo has the better speed, and will go first, plus he only has to amnesia twice to get to maximum.

You are correct, but in G/S, its alternate evolution Nyorotono has even high special defense and isn't fighting type. So it would make a better one. Anyhoo, Slowbro would still be a better choice due to its Psychic type to half damage from a standard mewtwo ('standard' meaning it knows psychic, fireblast, or blizzard).

Yes, Poliwhirl would suck as a Mewtwo killer, but so does your Magician Bro. Give it up. That Magician Bro just has no strategy. It can't compare to Toby. I mean, it's almost all attacks. Besides, Poli has some pretty sorry stats since its not evolved, and evolved its even more useless as a Mewtwo slayer since it's fighting typed.
