On the downside, Clefaggot learns Amnesia. Which, in RBY terms, makes him look like God when compared to wiggly.

On the plus, Wiggly Special Attack does get bumped up quite a bit, and exceeds his attack.

No offense to anyone, but my Articuno can kick most pokemon in the tail. With Steel Wing, Ice Beam, Fly, and Hyper Beam, there isnt a lot of pokemon who could go up against him.
