I only remember the end of the battle because it was the most memorable, but I remember battling my friend who had a Mewtwo w/no moves left and I had a frozen Gengar. In RBY, ice couldn't melt so I was thinking I was done for. So Mewtwo used Stuggle and to my surprise it didn't hit me. Of course, since it didn't hit me, it caused no recoil damage so none of us had any way to win. That was the most memorable RBY battle ever. But of course Nintendo fixed that in the new games because Stuggle can hit Ghost types now.

I never thought of this one...
Two frozen Pokémon facing each other and no other ones you can switch to.
Make it a 2v2. Both starters freeze one dude and then they switch. Eventually you get it so 2 pokes are frozen, then switch it to 2 non frozies, and they poison each other. Eventually they die due to poison, then you switch to ice monster vs ice monster and it'll never end...

What happens there is the second Transform fails (along with every subsequent use of Transform by that Ditto), so the Ditto that didn't go first will run out of PP and, assuming it has more than one-fourth the HP of its opponent, will win. [ 04-27-2003, 10:18 AM: Message edited by: Jolt135 ]

In Gold and Silver perhaps, but not back in Red, Blue, and Yellow ! [ 04-27-2003, 04:39 PM: Message edited by: MK ]
