This is getting ridiculous.

Azure won't even let me post the 700KB file in the forum, not because of the file size, but because of "parentheses in HTML tags". I thought this ignored HTML tags.

So Version 1.9902 is ready. You can still e-mail for it, but only do so if you have the intention of putting in online.

Then just put a link to a site with the (un)finished product, and we'll finally have an answer that doesn't rob me of a crucial 63 seconds for each request.

If you saw the document, you'd see that it DOES "elaborate on, like, everything".

Basically, the story is this:

In January, I decided to make a complete log of Pokemon's game mechanics. Silly me, I thought I could type up 100 pages in two weeks.

The deadline, not suprisingly, was postponed.

On April 17, just two days after dodging Uncle Sam for the 17th straight year, the computer probably decided to channel the IRS, and I had to pay.

With a complete loss of 623KB of work.

Furthermore, in August, my computer was crammed into a box, which was tossed into a truck, which drove some 1,000 miles away.

Don't worry; I did get it back...eventually.

At that point, I immediately decided to rebuild the thing. I had a virtually hypochondriac attitude this time through; I carried 15 separate backup copies, updating a different one each day.

After the big 11/11 fiasco, quite a few changes had to be made. It was at this point when I decided that 12/25 would be the release date.

So for the final month, most all my at-home time was occupied by updating both the guide and PKUtility Version 5 (RS_ compatible; scheduled for release on 2003/03/17). Lots of fun, I tell you.

And on December 24, 2002, at 9:55 PM EST, submissions@gamefaqs.com received an e-mail from me which contains the 167 pages needed to finally earn me recognition.

It was my Christmas present to everyone, except that it can't be given to anyone until it passes through CJayC's Massive FAQ Approval Test.

(By the way, the Great Tradeback Debate has been revived in Cellblock Number Ten Seven Fifty Nine, better known as the Red/Blue board. Anyone who wants to make an impact on the issue can do so.)

Well, this thing has piqued my curiosity since day 1 (or the day of the massive crash).

Hell, your rival in the games is even named Donald - I'd still like to know if I should be reading anything into that.

And even though they've only had about 9.5 days to process mine, it's finally been done!

Jolt: When you elaborated on all the evolved pokemon, you meantioned that Venusaur learns stun spore. But Venusaur is the only grass that does not learn it.
