yes. i got one. its certified because all noneggs get the i.d of the pokemon center, so its proof that you got it from there. if you dont know what i mean, its PCNY and a-d depending on which side you got it in.

I was wondering, do they have Celebi there too? I've got a Mew, but no Celebi... Oh and one more question... are the machines that give you them self service? In other words, you use the machine yourself? And if so, does anything stop you from getting in line over and over again and getting like 20 Mews?

you can only get one pokemon per week per cartridge and the machines are self-service. Celebi is no longer given out (which is dumb if you ask me.... no reason they shouldn't keep giving Celebis out)

No more Celebi! That's dumb! I mean, I've got plenty of offical Mew, I need Celebi! [Yes, some of my Mews are clones of offical Mew, but, I received the offical Mew on my cart in the first place]

Is the Mew Machine just some kind of device you stick your cartridge in, push a button, and boom Mew is installed?

They haven't necessarily quit giving Celebi out for all eternity, they've just quit giving it out for now. Apparently, stuff like Mew and Celebi will only be given out by the machine on rare and special occasions, like Christmas... or so I gather.
