its been four days, so bear with me. since no one else has done one yet...
9:57 a.m-
woke up, ate breakfast, nothing interesting yet.
while flipping channels i saw the pokemon cartoon this week (wobbuffet wtf?).bleh, it kinda sucked anyhow.the same ol' thing. t.ROCKET is blasting off again and ash gets so emotional over his weak **** pikachu.
11:00 a.m-
started my training for the trip with some of my level 100's, even changing a few moves a bit, trading too. and so, i got my cable wire, my gameboy color,some batteries and went off! just about 7 train stops away, i was there. i WAS pretty anxious thought, i mean, i have worthy challengers going too. ![[Smile]](smile.gif)
12-5:30 p.m
while entering, i was thinking about the last time i went. KIDS, or teens werent allowed in BEFORE 3! its only on school days but,i mean, WTF? its a store for chrissakes...well im not going to argue about the policys but i think its just dumb.
i bought a heracross figurine in the first floor of the store, even though it is one of my favorite's.hehe. i took the elevator, not wanting to walk up, to the second floor. there i saw a few kids, surprising because it iS a saturday after all.
i went to the machine's where they gave out pokemon, eager to get an egg. thank goodness i brought all three versions. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif) i hatched them while walking around and i got a HORNDRILLING dunsparce, a steelwing yanma, and a remoraid with AMNESIA!(hence the font importance of moves..)
i did see the 999 stat eevee trainer around but it seemed like he went and left, and went again

the first two hours was just waiting around and playing the n64's and the gamecubes. i did talk to an employee who post's at pokemon forever, nicknamed mastersnorlax who traded me a hydropumping marril.thanks..
i went over to the cardgame tables trying to look for some battles but no such luck. i stayed there looking puzzled at the gard games being played.
in about a few minutes i found a challenger who says he also has level 100's.HeHeHe..
i was trying something new, baton passing chains.
the challenger used: arcanine, ursaring, mew, tyranitar(shiney), raikou(shiney) and blastoise.

i used: umbreon, alakazam, jumpluff, blissey, snorlax, heracross
basically he didnt even k.o anyone. i started off with umbreon and he, ursaring. he was VERY lucky with dynamic punch. even when i started doubleteaming(cheapo, yeah yeah) he managed to hit 2 dynamic punches, including some hyperbeams.lolz. of course, i had to moonlight to stay in. when i baton passed to snorlax, bellydrumming up and started frustrationing/earthquaking, i had to hear a barrage full of statements from him, saying that "i hate battling people using strategy.." and "how come i cant hit that fat thing?". well, long story short, my 'lax nick named FaTBaStARD swept through his whole team, except his mew got through the 6 d.teams with a fire punch..
still walking around, i see an asian looking kid near the pokemon toys(looking for vileplume huh?.. ) he looked serious, so i knew he had at least some skill so i asked him to battle. he said yea, YES!MY SECOND BATTLE...-_-
now before i got a chance to say my rules(no super legendarys bla bla bla) he was the one to tell me! and he told me about sleep clause."he knows about sleepclause?" i thought to myself. then he must be from gsbot or something. now its getting interesting.

he starts off with forretress while i start off with umbreon.
FORRETRESS??AHH!
he spikes while i meanlook. i asked him if he went on any of the boards and we had a small chat. it turns out that he was SDSHAMSHEL! like,omgz.
i double team, he double-edges.CH!
i double team, he explodes.
did it hit?i pray..i does.. ![[Frown]](frown.gif)
i send out 'kazam. he send out HIS umbreon..oh oh.
his umby had toxiclook, and because i had tOO many battles that day, i practically forgot many of them. its not like i remember every turn..
i remembered i sent out bellydrum 'lax alone against his vileplume. he tries to stunspore..MISSED!while i bellydrummed. i thought he would switch, he used stunspore again..MISSED! i frustrate it to death. i had to admit that was f***** up even thought it was good for me.he sent out kingdra and dragonbreathed me while i k.o it too. he sent out his ninetails at 40%, because my lax earlier earthquaked it before it roared it..
it used confuse ray! i hit my self.....snorlax fainted.
next i sent out kazam, who psychics for the kill.i remember him sending out umby again, and when i switched to jumpluff he meanlooked, and i encored it. he tried to predict its set, the standard stun/sleep/encore/leechseed but i modified it just a bit. reflect in place of stunspore. he managed to toxic look my jumpluff although i kept sucking hp. that lasted probably 5 minutes or so.
time for heracross' turn. megahorn! dead.
last was his blissey, who was asleep but woke up in time seismictossing the bug.lets just say that my HorNyBUG 'cross got some blissey ass at the end
good battle sdshamshel, a VERY close match indeed.
during this match i also met a pokemon forever post-er(is that how you say it??) who's nickname was monsteratomic. i talked to both of them. it seemed that shamshel was also waiting for the arrival of 10k. during the next hour or so i was just trading shineys with monsterstomic. he told me that hes trying to breed everyone, and that hes up to the nidorans. i made a exchange for the shiney legendary dogs(relax,i had copies) for a shiney squirtle, bulbasaur and a pichu. i also traded with somebody for a shiney mewtwo(from the center) and a shiney quilfish(also from the center with double-edge), and a lovely kissing snubbull from shamshels friend later on, to complete this weeks egg collection.
in shamshels post, did you remember that girl he was talking about? well i faced her when she came to the store.i kinda knew because they were both talking bout THEIR match together and the dynamicpunching mew.
while facing this match i met a kid from thepokemasters, nicknamed psybean i believe..who i wanted to battle too. he used skarmory, like me!..but he had to go..aww. anyways,
another battle! again..
she used:mew(shiney)OoOo, mewtwo,tyranitar,polywrath,celebi,umbreon
i used: umbreon, jolteon, flareon, vaporeon, espeon, blissey ( see the resemblance?)
now this match was NOT fun at all. i mean, mew2 and mew getting all of their inaccurate moves 100% hit is not the way to go. there was plenty of switching, so i may have forgotten everything by now. i met another pokemaster who forgot his gameboy, whose nick is lock13?i think...
i won this battle, the only way was to trap everyone of them with mean look then batonpassing to the ones supereffective to it,basically. but as i said, it was kinda annoying facing the awful mew2 again for the 99999th time. her pokemon knew practically all fighting moves. but, good battle.
5 something p.m
have i wasted all that time?? geez..
after fighting kids (those pokemoncenter executives keep sending people to me for battles, cause they said that i was "available for battle",i was like "send some to him!*pointing at sdshamshel*" hehe..it was a good day for me.(why dont i just work there?)
while i faced another kid, shamshel met 10k and his girlfriend!...although i asked him to battle earlier, not knowing who he was at that time..rats...i faced a kid instead.
10k's girlfriend went downstairs after taking a photo of 10k's match with sdshamshel(smile!)
i just finished my match and overheard shamshel saying that he predicted a explosion.congrats!
he probably used protect, because that kept stopping me from My encores before. o_O
in the end, shamshel lost.aww..so i had a chance to battle 10k. we all talked a bit, he's staying here for a week (still is, as i speak) so here goes...
10k lbs. vs. cHi-cHi(nicknamed pkmnWhore in gb..dont ask =X )
he starts off with cloyster, while i start with my zapdos.
(already i can see he's not too happy)
he switches to muk, while i thunderbolt
i send out steelix while he sludgebombs,no effect!duh. i try to predict a switch using bodyslam but it used fireblast! doh! at least i got the par.
i finish it with an earthquake.

he sends out dugtrio. crap. i switch to zapdos while he misses a..FISSURE! *whew*close call.
he rockslides while i drillpeck
he rockslides i finch..=(
he rockslides zap 5%! i mintyrest..hehe

basically he sends out raikou and its a battle between my switched lax and it.
he gets a special defence fall with crunch while i start bodyslamming. hoping to body slam paralyzing it, it doesnt, and i didnt keep track of lax's health letting it faint from a couple of thunderbolts. grr..

next was steelix. i try to bodyslam it, thinking he would switch and he does! into cloyster. i didnt know steelix's defence was thAT bad, so i try to explode, but he manages to drown steelix with surf.bleh

alakazam go!
i barrier up while he icywinds...good strategy..thumbsup!
since he's faster he trys to icywind again, only to suffer a encoring action right after.
he switches to raikou while i recover, he hits me with a crunch, exept i knock it out the same turn with psychic.

cloyster is sent out. i keep kazam in, because the only thing that can kill it now in one shot is....EXPLOSION! cloyster fainted! alakazam fainted! gee wizz..

the amount of pokemon is shortening now, as i send out heracross while he sends out raticate.
i curse while he superfangs. grr..
he bodyslams while i curse again.
low on health i rest while he screeches.
since i never seen screech on a raticate before i think it may be illegal, and sdshamshel thought it too. but after looking at the breed list i was wrong 10k..sorry.
so raticate screeches while i sleeptalk,cursing while still taking a nap. raticate bodyslams while i sleeptalk a megahorn! taking the slick rat down..

down to his last comes in zapdos! aww fudge!
it apparently has hiddenpower, which i told him to try not to use..and he didnt. i switch out for bliss while he drill pecks.
a war kept going between pecking and icebeaming/softboiling that in the end, blissey prevailed!
3-0!
that was a great battle 10k! and i hope you have fun the rest of your HoLy pilgramage. this was my last match, so its logical that i remembered most of this one than my other ones.

by this time i was deadbeat. roughly 20 battles and no losses yet. i was planning not to post too because then people might think im posting to brag,but..im not. a nice walk around manhattan was the end of my day! shamshel left with his friend and so did 10k. this wasnt much of a AZURE meeting, more like a mix of all the boards.lol.
i eventually left saying bye to mastersnorlax..
when i was leaving people around the machine were still asking me for battles..no thanks i said.....ill just rest up and go next week for more matches. so for people who couldnt make it, this was my side of the story..hope you enjoyed thIS story.ta ta.

Nah i dont think the London one is open yet.. though it is supposed to be coming, i have no idea when, or how good it'll be seeing as everything UK does seems to be half arsed.

Hi, this is my first post here; However, I am not a n00b33, I have been on PoJo for over 1 year. Err... maybe I shouldn't have said PoJo, I don't know what you all think of it... anyway, I am not a n00b
Anyway, thanks for posting what happened in those battles It was fun reading it. Were there any Pokemon at level 50-55 in the PC?
