from my house to the center was about 7 train stops away...not that far tho.(a new V train wtf?)=Þ

in rockefeller i took some sightseeing, the famous "Tree" and i also did some ice skating
(cant count how many times i fell..)
and eventually i ended up at the store.in one of my replies i stated that when your're in the store for a long time, you'll get sick of pokemon, and thats exactly what happened.toys after toys and merchandise i almost barfed.big time.what do you expect,this place is fit for a kid.

i went upstairs past the dolls and pokedex and i figured that i'll get some new pokemon.
at the catchem machine(where u stick your cart in) i was thinking,what will it be,the three dogs or one of the birds...HA! it turns out to be a celebi! *cheers*.at first i thought i was lucky but everybody was getting one too.-_-;there was only one machine out of four that was working,because of kids probabily chewing it or something that there were some employess standing around it teaching kids how to put it in and telling them "you have to have 5 pokemans in your party.."they were practically guarding the machine.lol

anyways, i was looking around for something interesting and i see all the new merchandise (pokemon mini $39.99 WTF!!!111oneoneone) and the newyork version of the advance gameboy(99 bucks..not tOO shabby)
and some huge dolls of marill and tyranitar
(yeah that'll scare off the bedmonsters at night).

right next to the catchem machine was a pair fighting each other.well, thats what i came here for,i thought. argg...dumb mew2 users.one of them used a mew2 lugia hooh and im guessing what the other three were..hmm..
there was one kid standing next to them and i asked them if i can take the winner, and he told me to fight him.sure i said.

here we go:
1ST BATTLE OF THE DAY(hence the cornyness of my titles)

he used(if i can recall):
ampharos,LUGIA,MEW2,heracross,raikou,and arcanine
I used:bliss,jolt,wak,'lax,zapdos,and forretress

he started with amphy and i chose forretress.
he starts to brag how hes undefeated and im just smirking at his confidence.im thinking,is he smart enought to use firepunch?so i spiked him and he used FIREPUNCH! its going ,its going, its....DOWN TO 1HP! *whew*. i switched to 'lax and started to curse up.he says and i quote "WHEN THIS hits,it'll paralize you"
uh oh.he used zap cannon!missed! heh.i keep cursing and he used it again only to hit this time.rats.he misses a thunder while I e.quake,its down.he send out lugia omg!i bodyslam to par it and he earthquakes -_o.he used aeroblast to get a ch and i just bodyslam for the finish.

so i started off with my JOLteon while he starts with lugia(which one?XD).i was hoping for jolt/wak but he earthquake's my sub.bleh.i switch to snorlax.i curse up,he keeps on quakeing,and some aeroblasts along the way and i k.o it.my worse troubles are over i thought.think again.

after that we got to know each other.he wasnt that young, which scared me the most.he was 15,yet he didnt know much about the moves.oh welz.he came from brooklyn.and he was there for the same reason i was, the battles.rite there i sorta had some respect for him.

as I went around the other side staring at kids playing stadium2 and super smash brothers melee and I see 2 asian kids(im asian too woopee) getting some celebi's on their game packs.my second opponent faced one of them first.the other kid didnt have lv.100.aww.i was rooting for my second opponent because he needed it,knowing how asian people and games go along.hehe,robble8)

num.2 kept asking me what had better accuracy, blizzard or thunder and i told him blizzard,for the heck of it.while he was getting slaugtered playing one of the asian kids i wanted him to try to get a freeze or 2 since this is the christmas time of year..lalala.in the end he lost and told me "YO,THAT KID IS HARD!HE USED DUBLETEM!"
i replied whatever and i asked the asian kid for a battle.he said sure.yay.

i agility while he d.t's again and i baton pass it to.......WaKurMaMA! ..ahem..marowak.
he used return on my maro switch and used return again while I s.d once.OMG iTS! the jolt/wak combo!..LIVE!heh.i was thinking that the d.t would screw me over so i tried a quake, and it hit!one down.

well, after that he sent out espeon and ran away(GB wise) and said he had to go.o_Ô riiiighhhhttt.he told me that my marowak wasNt NORMAL.hahe.To me thats music to my ears,at least he didnt say U CHEATED!XD.i still got the win though.why do i still see him playing the card game later on when he had to go huh??heh.

in conclusion, there are plenty of n00bs out there, and based on the number of people i faced in the center(total amount of trips), its pretty safe to say that i am ONE of newyorks best.yay.

it was gettin dark out(4:00pm wtf) and i was sick of the place too.advice to those that go there:bring multiple game paks! i asked the employee's and they said that new pokemon come up every WEEK on the catchem all machine and this week was celebi.and if you're lucky u'll get a shiney one!OoOO.
one of my friends got a mysteryegg.i then thought...oh i see.you had to go throught the part that you get the egg from prof.elms aid because it'll get mixed up if u get a different egg than the usual togepi egg to advance throught the game.one mystery solved.hurray.

anyways,num.2 said bye to me and i asked him for a screename of somesort and he didnt even hear of aol or the other companies i mentioned.heh.so we just parted.
