I was wondering, could you be disqualified in a tournament if you pre-poisoned your pokemon so they would be immune to status effects?

Pre-poisoning is easy. Just take whatever pokemon you want to be poisoned and fight then against a bellsprout or a weepinbell then night before a tournament, and you'll be immune to all status changes. Of course it also has its disadvantages.
